The meals are all-natural and include long-grained white rice, lentils (black or brown), green and yellow split peas, barley (gluten) and pink Himalayan salt. It has no artificial flavouring, is low GI, low in total fat, cholesterol-free, high in dietary fibre and is suitable for vegans. Further, the meal has no artificial flavouring and is also a sustainable addition to the daily diet.

  • Additional info (in a nutshell):
  • Long-grained rice will keep you feeling
    fuller for longer.
  • Brown (or black) lentils are the fastest cooking variety, are a super-food, low-fat and boast high amounts of protein, fibre, calcium and iron.
  • Dehydrated vegetables provide fibre, as well as taste.
  • Himalayan pink salt contains trace minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Basic Feeding Bag

Level 1: Add Basic Spices

  • Chicken Stock 
  • Beef Stock 
  • Vegetable Stock 
  • Fish Stock 
  • Garam Masala 
  • Lamb Seasoning 
  • Barbeque Seasoning
  • Just as Nutritious but with added flavours. 
  • Breaks the monotony and will still feed 2 adults and 4 children.

Level 2: Add Canned Food

  • Meat Balls
  • Ham or Gammon 
  • Curried Vegetables 
  • Tuna or Pilchards 
  • Chakalaka
  • Mushrooms 
  • Vegetable Atchar 
  • Soya Mince
  • The meal will now stretch further than 6 meals 
  • Breaks the monotony but will not break your bank balance.

Level 3: Add Fresh Ingredients

  • Chicken, Beef, Lamb or fish made into your family’s favourite stew, biryani or basic curry. Simply add to the Smart Meal to finish it off. 
  • Make a Soupy stew by adding vegetables and stock to the Smart Meal 
  • Delicious as a salad; just add tomato, cucumber, spring onion, feta, olives and croutons with your favourite dressing drizzled over.
  • The meal will now stretch further than 6 meals 
  • Breaks the monotony but will not break your bank balance.
